Tina R. Haddad, CEO.

Tina has over 30 years of manufacturing  experience with R-H Industries, a leading manufacturer of military hardware and lighting components. She has served as President of R-H since 1999. In 2009, Tina launched R-H Lighting Solutions, a producer of commercial and architectural lighting,

With Green Rock Lighting, Tina has expanded on the R-H Industries and R-H Lighting Solutions philosophy, combining solid state lighting with the “Go Green” movement. Tina believes that reinvesting in America through manufacturing via the Green Movement is an opportunity to produce smart products that are made in America. Her goals are to increase employment in Northeast Ohio and to build an industry that will take us through the 21st century.

Prior to 1999, Tina served as a Senior Litigation Attorney handling business law and Civil matters as an Assistant City Prosecutor in Lima, Ohio.

In 2009, Tina was named as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business “Women of Note”. In the last 18 months alone, Tina has been interviewed in Crain’s Cleveland Business, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, and National Public Radio (NPR) regarding small business and manufacturing, as well as the economic outlook in these areas.

Pierre Aboukhaled, Director of Manufacturing.

Pierre began his career at GE as a Senior Electronic Technician, after which he served as Electrical Engineer for Control System Designs for Belcan Engineering. Pierre has been with R-H Industries since 1996, where he provides engineering advisory and support services for the industrial manufacturing management team.

Pierre assists, evaluates and advises Tina Haddad regarding her multiple plant operations, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance/control, and information systems. He works with the management team to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. “Pierre has a B.S. in Biological Science and a Minor in Electrical Engineering”.

Paul Aboukhaled, Director of Technology.

Paul began his career over 30 years ago with Steris as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, responsible for prototype testing, programming and troubleshooting systems interfaced with highly automated equipment. As an Electrical Engineer, Paul was responsible for process control systems management involving state-of-the-art products. Since that time, Paul has become an expert in of sophisticated networking hardware, and has worked with Cisco and Nortel, NASA Glenn Research Center, and Lockheed Martin, to name a few. Paul holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology, as well as an M.B.A. in Information Systems Management. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Computer and Homeland Security.
